Lakshya, a program to implement the performance management system was initiated by the HR Department in the month of April 2022. The concept was to describe the role and responsibilities of an employee as well as the various work areas for which they may assume responsibility.

The purpose of the implementation of this program was to maintain data transparency and to raise the productivity of the employees.
