Responsible to increase the organization’s Revenue through SOW Projects by identifying potential markets, and getting orders. Create a talent pool of Freelance Consultants / Developers to ensure the timely execution of SOW projects within the identified budget. - Generate opportunities for SOW business through aggressive Sales, branding, and promotion of SOW Services by Apidel.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with Prospects, existing Clients, etc. to capture their needs and generate business for the Company.
- Participate in sales/BD campaigns to drive revenue and increase SOW Growth.
- Conduct Market research for various regions, locations, countries, etc. in line with Business Growth plans and develop the market for SOW projects

Job Title: Executive HR

- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to Talent Management Function.
- Update HRMS in a timely manner to input error-free and accurate employee-related information and policy administration schedule.
- Support implementation of all HR policies viz. Probation, Confirmation, Promotion, Employee benefits, Separation, Disciplinary procedure, Exit Interview, F&F, etc, and maintain the database.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to Talent Management Functions E.g.

- You have at least 7+ year experience within a Business Development, CRM Manager or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Staffing Industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
- You possess expertise in Direct Sales.
- Experience within Sales Training and Multi-country Sales would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering IT, Healthcare and Professional Services is strong plus.
- You have experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering the domestic(India/APAC) market spectrum.
