How It Works

    • Identify potential candidates: Keep an eye out for skilled individuals within your professional network or who you believe would be a great fit for our company/clients.
    • Submit referrals: Submit your referral by emailing the potential candidate’s resume/contact details to our Employee Relations team at er@apideltech.com. Make sure to provide accurate and complete information about the candidate.
    • Candidate evaluation: Our Talent Acquisition team will carefully review each referral and assess the candidate’s suitability for the available positions.
    • Selection and onboarding: If the referred candidate successfully passes our selection process and is hired for a position with our client, you will be eligible for our referral rewards.
    • Enjoy rewards: Once the referred candidate completes the probationary period or specified employment duration, you will receive your well-deserved rewards. The exact details of the rewards will be communicated to you upon the candidate’s successful onboarding.

Program Guidelines

      1. Only current employees in good standing with Apidel Technologies LLC are eligible to participate in the Employee Referral Program.
      2. Referrals should be made using the designated referral process.
      3. The referred candidate must be a new applicant who has not previously applied to Apidel Technologies LLC.
      4. Rewards are typically granted after the referred candidate successfully completes the probationary period or specified employment duration.
      5. All rewards are subject to applicable taxes and deductions as per company and government policies.
      6. Apidel Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
