At Apidel Technologies, Caffeine Conversation is a unique initiative made by us to bring our women employees in one place – to celebrate, share, and help each other in their own way.
The season began with a brief catch-up session for this series as well, with experienced women reflecting on collective experiences and the journey of women in Apidel. The buzz continued with the Quiz Ratri activity for Navratri.
This happened during the Art of Feedback activity—from which emerged artworks that depicted the ‘vibes of the festivals’ as a form of creative expression of feedback. The closing activity of the celebration included a sweet surprise during which we all clapped for the Best Theme Costume Winner.
