Role & Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their requirements and providing them with high-quality candidates
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed on candidate profiles, interview schedules, and status updates
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for additional the US staffing services and solutions
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to meet client specifications
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Monitor industry trends and stay informed about market conditions to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred:

At least 2+ year of experience in client relations or account management, preferably in the US Healthcare staffing industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the general ledger and perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

    • You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
    • You possess expertise in Direct Sales.
    • Experience in Sales Training and Multi-country Sales would be a strong advantage.
    • Experience covering IT, Healthcare, and Professional Services is a strong plus.
    • You have experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering the domestic(India/APAC) market spectrum.
    • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
    • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
