5+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably for both manufacturing and corporate functions. 10+ years' experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree. Practical/Technical Knowledge Description Required/Preferred Direct knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and practices. Required Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Required Recruiting experience using social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Required Creative mindset for suggesting ideas that improve talent pool sources. Required Ability to develop and communicate appropriate metrics, interpret trends, and adjust strategies as needed in response to change. Required Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills Required Experience with employment practices and human resource policies and procedure Preferred Licenses and Certifications Enter License/Certification Time Frame Required/Preferred ERE/SourceCon, Sourcing Ninja, AIRS etc. Preferred


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for candidate care to drive our attraction strategy, engage talent and build a pipeline of candidates who are excited about 's mission to reshape the world! This role will report to our centralized Talent Acquisition Team for Life Sciences, supporting primarily two key locations - Portage, WI and Gaithersburg, MD. The talent acquisition partner is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for professional and technical level talent (niche); plus volume-based, recruitment support for our production teams. This role owns and delivers the recruiting goals for internal customers by driving strategic programs, services and tools. In this role you will also drive internal/external engagement initiatives across multiple social networking & online platforms, diversity organizations, veterans groups, professional associations, colleges/universities and alumnae groups. (Local/National)
