Actual job title: Reasonable Accommodation Intake Representative UPDATE FOR LOCATION: Remote work, eastern and central time zones requested. We will consider candidates located anywhere in the Eastern or central time zone. please include city and state of residence at the top of the resume. Work schedule Monday- Friday 8-4:30 or 8:30-5:00 Interviews will be requested for select candidates Ability to handle sensitive conversations with colleagues regarding their Reasonable Accommodation request. Maintain confidentiality. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have multitasking skills to manage outbound calls while documenting information received and handling case tasks which may include sending letters to colleagues who have disengaged from the interactive process. Use of a case management system for all steps in the process is required, so prior use of case management software is recommended. Recommended experience in administering reasonable accommodation requests and an understanding of ADAAA preferred but not required. Discretion in dealing with confidential information. HR related experience a plus. High school / GED required
